Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat whites until light and fluffy, then add the yolks. Blend in milk, brown sugar, SunRype Slim Cranberry Twist and almond extract. Gradually add flour until all the ingredients are mixed (batter should be light but thick in consistency). Stir in cinnamon. Heat pan and add a dab of butter. Pour a small amount of crepe mixture into the center of pan and spread around (creating a circular crepe). Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip (crepe will be easy to lift when ready and golden). Lightly brown other side of crepe and remove from pan. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Serve rolled up with your choice of cut up, fresh fruit. Top with Canadian maple syrup and whipped cream.
